Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function.
This role is contributing to the business line building automation in Germany. Main stakeholders are business line building automation and Germany marketing & sales organization.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Grow KNX building automation product and solution business in Germany.
Building up strong KNX building automation dedicated sales organization.
Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
Leading the definition of the assigned division and area footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).
Overseeing the assigned teams that identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels and evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.
Defining key marketing and sales targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.

Qualifications for the role
You bring solid sales and leadership experience, along with strong knowledge of the KNX market.
You are passionate about growing the business in the KNX market and growing the sales and marketing team.
A master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, in addition an MBA,will be preferred.
You are at ease communicating in German (Native) and English (Professional level).
You demonstrate strong communication skills, experience in building up the sales channel (Electrical System Integrator), motivating the sales team in specify the KNX product and hunting the KNX projects, building up the new customer base.
Strong collaboration mind across the different organization and functions.
