The Content Marketing Manager (CE&I) is responsible for the development and execution of the content strategy to support demand generation campaigns, thought leadership, public relations, customer advocacy, and brand awareness in the region.
As a key contributor to the CE&I marketing team, you will collaborate with the regional field marketing managers, product marketing and sales team members to create compelling content that drives engagement with prospects and customers. You will also work closely with the global content team, ensuring that content themes and assets produced align with our broader regional and global themes, whilst working with global team members to localize content to ensure it fits your specific regional needs.
Content Strategy & Planning
Define and execute a content strategy supporting demand generation, thought leadership, brand awareness, PR, and customer advocacy across SMB and Enterprise. Manage a regional content calendar aligned with global priorities and establish a stakeholder-aligned content review process with clear performance visibility.
Content Creation & Localization
Produce and localize high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, videos, infographics, email, web copy). Develop partner marketing assets and regional customer case studies. Collaborate with campaign and global teams to align content with demand generation and thought leadership goals.
Public Relations & Brand Visibility
Support regional PR initiatives in coordination with the global team, ensuring alignment with local market priorities and messaging.
Content Distribution & Digital Presence
Manage organic social media and collaborate with SEO and digital teams to optimize web and campaign content for regional markets. Maintain and optimize regional web pages to improve visibility and conversion.
Project Management & Performance
Track content performance, report on ROI, and optimize future initiatives using data insights. Manage external agencies and vendors for content production.
