Role Purpose:
Serve as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, ensuring professional customer support, efficient commercial administration, and smooth execution of operational processes. Support business success through customer relationship management, order processing, coordination, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and calculate customer quotations. • Manage the full order process from quotation preparation through invoicing using SAP. • Support sales teams and sales management in daily operational activities. • Serve as the first point of contact for national and international customers. • Manage correspondence in German and English. • Coordinate appointments and organize administrative processes. • Plan, organize, and follow up on meetings and internal coordination activities. • Maintain and manage customer, project, and order-related data. • Prepare presentations, evaluations, and reports. • Participate in cross-functional projects. • Perform general office management, administrative, and organizational duties. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows.
What You'll Bring:
• Successfully completed commercial/business administration training. • Several years of experience in a customer-focused role. • Structured, careful, and solution-oriented working style. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • High level of initiative and sense of responsibility. • Team-oriented approach, reliability, and professional presence. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage. • Very good German language skills and good to very good English language skills, both written and spoken. • Ability to work independently and maintain a service-oriented mindset. • Enthusiasm for contributing ideas and helping to shape and improve processes.
