As a Pricing Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for steering and further developing B2C pricing within the category confectionery. You define category-specific pricing logics, manage active price cycles, and further develop pricing strategies and pricing architectures to sustainably strengthen competitiveness.
In particular, you will
- define category-specific pricing frameworks and guidelines to support the calculation of optimal engine-driven prices
- review, approve or override location-specific pricing proposals from the pricing engine
- provide recommendations for footprints, promotions and changes in conditions within category-specific price clusters to improve competitiveness
- further develop and manage the category’s pricing architecture with margin differentiation via price clusters
- prepare recommendations for condition negotiations for buyers
- align and support the category-specific pricing strategy and target positioning with top locations
- support the Head of Category in the tactical steering of the category for top locations
