We are looking for professional Hosts/Hostesses with a polished appearance and fluent German and English skills, who can engage with an international audience and present innovative products.
Responsibilities
- Access control and managing visitor flow
- Professional reception and accreditation of VIPs and press
- Conducting guided, customer-oriented product demonstrations
- Lead collection via app and distribution of information materials
- Supporting the marketing team with daily stand logistics and operational tasks
- Preparing and providing daily reports
Compensation
- Freelancers: €20 net/hour (business registration and VAT ID required)
- Short-term employment: €19 gross/hour
Working Hours
- September 2–3: 10:00–18:00
- September 4–8: 09:00–18:30
Travel to Berlin, local transportation, meals, and accommodation must be covered by the employee/freelancer. No travel, meal, or accommodation expenses will be reimbursed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in trade fairs, events, or premium retail
- Well-groomed and professional appearance with excellent customer-service skills
- Fluent German and English; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Mandarin are welcome
- Full availability from September 2–8
- Reliable, resilient, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced trade fair environment
- Strong results-oriented approach
- Based in Berlin or able to commute daily at your own expense
