Responsibility for financial models for forecasting and tracking business development as well as deriving and implementing improvement measures:
Support to the head of Group FP&A for delivering relevant, accurate and complete financial analysts to support the Group strategy and its growth.
Carrying out regular analyses of company performance at Group, plant and BU level
Analysis of business development, considering relevant KPIs (e. g. EBITDA, cash flow, CAPEX)
Preparation of ad hoc scenario analyses
Independent support and further development of the working capital model
Independent preparation and presentation of complex financial analyses
Coordination of annual planning and forecasts
Continuous improvement and, if necessary, automation of complex processes and procedures
Support and collaboration in complex projects and assumption of the technical management of workstreams
Qualifications that will get you ahead
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
> 5 years’ experience in finance / Business Finance within an industrial business environment
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced data analytics and visualization skills preferred.
Experience in reporting tools (e. g. TM1 / Cognos or LucaNet) and SAP would be helpful.
Analytical skills and structural thinking
Teamplayer and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Openminded thinking and a positive attitude.
Business-fluent German and English
