We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the European defense sector. The role focuses on expanding our footprint within NATO-aligned markets, strengthening strategic relationships, and driving new business opportunities in simulation and training solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development and market penetration strategies across Europe

Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities with defense ministries, armed forces, and prime contractors

Build and maintain strong relationships with NATO stakeholders, procurement bodies, and industry partners

Lead tender processes, proposals, and negotiations

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, product, delivery) to align solutions with customer requirements

Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic insights

Support marketing activities including positioning, messaging, and campaign execution in the region
Requirements

Military background in a NATO army (mandatory)

Preferably experience in the defense industry (e.g., simulation, training systems, or related domains)

Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships

Strong understanding of European defense procurement processes and ecosystem

Excellent network within NATO and European defense organizations

Fluent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage
