To support our Neuroscience Team in Germany (Munich), we are looking for a
Brand Manager Neuroscience (f/m/d)
Tasks
1) Strategy & Planning
Co-develop the brand strategy in close alignment with the Commercial Lead and cross-functional partners, considering market dynamics and competitor landscape.
Plan, define and able to communicate clear strategy to the cross-functional team
Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing initiatives with clear goals and assumptions.
Actively contribute to brand planning and differentiation workshops, ensuring alignment throughout the year.
Lead the annual revenue and expenditure planning process and maintain up-to-date forecasts.
2) Marketing Execution
Develop and implement operational marketing plans in compliance with timelines, budgets, and regulations.
Coordinate congress participation in partnership with Medical and Sales, ensuring strong brand visibility.
Managing all brand relevant national and international Ipsen events and congresses
Deliver timely, compliant promotional materials across channels, including digital and traditional media.
Monitor activities against objectives, budgets, and timelines, adjusting as needed.
Prepare and execute launches
3) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure close alignment with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Omni-Channel, and Communications for seamless execution.
Keep close contact and align local marketing strategies with global brand team.
Communicate brand plans consistently across teams to maintain a shared understanding and direction.
Support regular training sessions for the sales team in collaboration with Training and Medical
Launch preparation and execution if required
4) Competitive Intelligence
Systematically track competitor activities and strategies.
Implement and utilize appropriate market research tools.
Interpret competitor insights and anticipate strategic and tactical moves.
Qualifications
Completed scientific and/or business administration and/or comparable studies with a focus on marketing
4+ years of successful experience in marketing
Ideally previous experience within sales management
A strong will to succeed with strong analytical skills paired with creativity and a structured way of working, as well as very good communication skills and diplomatic skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Language skills: Very good written and spoken skills in german and english
