Job Opportunity – Consultant SAP S/4HANA, CRM & Customer Management (m/f/d) – Digital Transformation
Location: Germany (100% Remote within Germany)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize Customer Management business processes.
- Design and implement solutions using SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA Customer Management, and SAP CX.
- Develop and customize SAP solutions using SAP UI5, ABAP, and ABAP Objects.
- Translate business requirements into innovative functional and technical SAP solutions.
- Participate in large-scale, long-term digital transformation projects within the public sector.
- Collaborate closely with customers in remote and on-site project environments when required.
- Grow professionally into roles such as Project Lead, Team Lead, IT Architect, Product Owner, or Account Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAP CRM and/or SAP S/4HANA Customer Management.
- Strong programming skills in SAP ABAP and ABAP Objects.
- Experience implementing and developing SAP Customer Management solutions.
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Strong analytical thinking and passion for transforming customer requirements into efficient SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with a structured and independent working style.
- German language proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP CX solutions.
- Previous experience in digital transformation or public sector projects.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5 development.
