Company; International Renewable Energy Developer – Solar & Wind
Responsibilities
- Arrange both debt & equity financing with banks/lenders and investors for renewable energy projects
- Identify customers for business’ projects, negotiate agreements and structure deals
- Create business opportunities including PPAs and run the financial models
- Support the project development activities of our team from a commercial perspective
- You structure agreements of portfolios of wind and solar projects, as well as for battery storage/hybrid projects
Qualifications
- An academic degree in Economics or Finance
- Several years of professional experience in project finance and financial modelling
- Professional experience in structuring and negotiating financing and sales contracts
- Previous renewable energy project experience, including in the participation of tenders
- Business fluent in English & German
- Strong negotiation and execution capabilities
