About the job
As Parcel Carrier Management Lead you will be responsible for managing Levi's European parcel carrier network, ensuring smooth day-to-day transportation operations across DTC eCommerce and marketplace channels.
Working in a highly cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with Distribution Centres, 3PL partners, Finance, Customer Service, eCommerce, and Planning teams to deliver a reliable consumer experience while balancing cost, service, and operational efficiency.
This is a key role within our Transportation team, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working autonomously, and navigating a complex European carrier network
Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day performance of Levi's European parcel carrier network.

Ensure service, cost and operational KPIs are achieved.

Build strong relationships with carriers, 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.

Oversee transportation execution across eCommerce and marketplace channels, including returns.

Monitor SLAs, OTIF, delivery performance and carrier quality.

Identify issues and drive corrective actions.

Partner with DTC, eCommerce, Customer Service, DC, Finance, Planning and IT teams.

Act as the link between business priorities and transportation operations.

Support peak trading periods, promotions and operational changes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across carrier and transportation operations.

Develop and maintain performance reporting and operational scorecards.

Use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Support transportation projects, carrier network changes and optimisation initiatives.

Contribute to operational planning, forecasting and business continuity.
About You

5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or carrier management.

Experience managing parcel carrier networks, 3PL providers, and outbound transportation operations.

Experience working in multi-site distribution environments.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Proven track record of problem solving and process improvement.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools

Experience managing budgets, transportation costs, and external partners.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Fluent in English.

Experience within retail, fashion, eCommerce, or consumer goods environments.

Experience with forecasting and demand planning processes.

Exposure to large-scale carrier network implementations or transportation transformation projects.

German language skills.
This is a hybrid position based in our Dorsten, Germany, Distribution Centre. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is € 76,500 – € 102,000 per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
