Your Role
As a Product Management Intern (m/f/d), you will support our Product Management team in driving sustainability initiatives across our Product Protection portfolio. You will contribute to the development of a strategy that translates complex sustainability information into meaningful customer and business value.
During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sustainability, innovation, product management, and marketing while collaborating with cross-functional experts across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting product management strategy.
- Conducting market and trend research to identify customer needs and industry developments.
- Collecting, analyzing, and organizing technical, market, and sustainability-related information.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials.
- Supporting the development of product positioning and value communication concepts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Sustainability.
- Contributing to ongoing innovation and portfolio development activities.
About You
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Sustainability, or Environmental Science, with an interest in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- For mandatory internships: Confirmation from your university that this internship is required (e.g. excerpt from your study and/or examination regulations stating duration, scope and ECTS), to be uploaded with your application.
- Proof of enrolment for the current semester must be uploaded with the application.
- Available for an on-site internship in Holzminden for a period of 3–6 months.
- Strong interest in sustainability, green chemistry, and innovation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and structure technical information.
- Interest in translating scientific concepts into business and marketing insights.
- Very good MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Good English skills are essential
