The osapiens Academy is our primary lever for customer enablement across ~2,500 customers — webinars, on-site events, eLearning. This is a high-stakes execution role: every event is live, visible, and leaves a good or bad impression with customers that sticks. You turn every format into a measurable outcome — not “an event”.
To be clear upfront: this is not a role for “I enjoy helping with events and want to see how it goes”. We select rigorously. This is about ownership, judgement under time pressure, and the level of a junior event manager from a top agency — while simultaneously scaling webinars into the triple digits.
-
You plan and run customer webinars end-to-end: topic setting, speaker briefing, moderation, recap, impact measurement.
- You actively drive attendance: campaign setup, reminder logic, funnel optimisation from invitation sign-up show-up. Show-up is a number, not a gut feeling.
- You scout new topics — you recognise what customers are currently concerned about (regulatory updates, new frameworks, peer benchmarks) before anyone asks.
- You fully organize on-site events: venue, speakers, logistics, on-site hosting, follow-up — you are the person who, if needed, holds the room together.
- You help build the Academy’s operational standards — how we measure outcomes, repurpose content, and scale.
-
Top student — field of study secondary, performance decides (Business Informatics, Business Administration, or something completely different, as long as you can demonstrate what you’re capable of).
- Thorough, systematic working style as baseline equipment — webinars and events fall apart the moment a detail gets missed. “Was almost right” is not an acceptable standard here.
- Excellent communication in German and English (Spanish a plus): in writing, on calls, and confidently in front of an audience.
- AI-native: you use AI for speaker briefings, recap emails, audience targeting, content repurposing — as a lever, not for show.
- Ownership mindset: you want responsibility, not hand-holding.
