Wir organisieren eine bundesweite telefonische Betreuung für Mitglieder unserer Auftraggeber, durch die Annahme und Verarbeitung von Anrufen (Inbound). Neben diesem Kerngeschäft führen wir auch Outboundaktionen, E-Mail-, Chat- und Briefbearbeitung durch.

3-jährige Ausbildung
Durchführung und Organisation von Projekten und Dienstleistungsaufträgen
Planung und Verwaltung des Personaleinsatzes
Entwicklung von Strategien zur telefonischen Bindung und Betreuung von Kunden
Qualitätssicherung der Auftragsdurchführung
Kaufmännische Steuerung und Kontrolle, Vertrieb und Marketing
Nutzung der Datenbanken, u.a. Datenauswertung
Allgemeine Büroorganisation und Rechtsgrundlagen
Budgetplanung, Werberecht, Qualitätsmanagement, Controlling
