- Creating interactive training courses on products and processes in our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Revision and Update of Existing Training Content
- Close coordination with subject-matter departments to ensure the quality of content and teaching methods
- Support in implementing and further developing the market intelligence process
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- A strong technical understanding and an interest in complex products and processes
- Ability to present technical content in an understandable way and communicate it in a manner appropriate for the target audience
- A structured, independent, and reliable approach to work
- Good written and spoken English skills are a plus
