1. Educational Background: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection, Civil, Mechanical, or Safety Engineering.
2. Expertise: 5-8 years of experience in fire protection engineering, ideally within the semiconductor, chemical, or high-tech manufacturing industries in Germany.
3. Certified Authority: You are a certified Fire Protection Planner (Fachplaner für vorbeugenden Brandschutz) via EIPOS, VdS, or an equivalent body.
4. Standards Knowledge: You have a deep command of DIN/VdS and FM Global standards, with the ability to navigate complex architectural drawings and process flow diagrams.
5. Language Skills: German (C1) - Mandatory for legal reporting and liaison with German authorities; English (B2) - Essential for collaborating within our global engineering network; Mandarin: a welcome plus.
