Job Description
We are developing a next-generation automated fluorescence microscopy platform for life science applications, combining advanced optical design with integrated sample handling and multi-channel imaging capabilities. As production ramps up ahead of market launch, we are looking for support in evaluating calibration data generated for each instrument before shipment.
This is a hands-on opportunity to join a dynamic, cross-functional team working at the intersection of hardware, software, and science during an exciting phase of product commercialization.
Your Responsibilities

Run and verify optical calibration evaluations for instruments in production

Ensure calibration results meet established quality standards

Monitor calibration quality across multiple instruments

Analyze trends and report findings related to calibration performance

Support continuous improvement of calibration evaluation workflows
Qualifications
-
Currently enrolled in Physics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Comfortable working with Python
-
Ability to interpret scientific results and data
-
Careful, reliable, and curious approach to problem-solving

Experience in image processing or scientific computing is a plus
-
Fluent in German and/or English.
