As a Process Development Engineer for Electric Motors (m/f/x), you develop, optimize and industrialize manufacturing processes for our electric motors. You analyze existing workflows, identify improvement potential and develop technical solutions to continuously improve quality, efficiency and process stability.
In this role, you work close to the product, prototype production and technical implementation. You support new manufacturing technologies from the first idea through evaluation and testing to implementation in production. You collaborate closely with design engineering, production, quality and external suppliers.
Ideally, you bring experience in electric motors, automotive, industrialization or technical production and enjoy bringing processes from concept into practical implementation. Your work directly contributes to building and further developing our production capabilities.
Analyze, evaluate and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality and process stability
Develop new manufacturing techniques, methods and process concepts for the production of electric motors
Plan, test and implement new processes, technologies, fixtures and equipment in production
Translate development requirements into stable, repeatable and scalable manufacturing processes
Create, maintain and continuously improve process documentation, work instructions and SOPs
Define and implement suitable quality control measures within manufacturing processes
Analyze process deviations, failure patterns and quality issues and derive sustainable improvement measures
Train and support production teams on new or changed processes and technologies
Coordinate projects for the introduction of new manufacturing processes, technologies and equipment
Monitor project progress, timelines, costs and relevant milestones

Work closely with design engineering, production, quality, purchasing and external suppliers
Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, production engineering or a comparable qualification
Experience in developing, optimizing or industrializing manufacturing processes, ideally in electric motors, automotive or technical production
Good understanding of manufacturing, assembly and production technology as well as quality related requirements in production
Experience in introducing new processes, technologies, equipment or production tools
Structured, independent and solution oriented way of working with a hands on mindset
Ideally experience with automation technologies, process analysis or structured problem solving methods
Experience in a dynamic environment (start up, prototype production or OEM) is a plus
