We are looking for Private Customer Advisors – Digital Advisory to join an established banking organization in Ostwestfalen-Lippe, Germany.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide reactive support and advisory services to private customers through both in-person and digital channels.
- Provide needs-based advice on standardized banking products.
- Introduce customers to current digital banking solutions and innovations.
- Support the use of modern digital communication and banking tools.
- Contribute to projects focused on developing and improving digital customer advisory services.
- Provide a customer-oriented, empathetic and solution-focused service.
Requirements
- Completed Bank Clerk (Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau) apprenticeship or comparable commercial qualification with initial experience in the banking sector.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in banking, preferably in private customer advisory services.
- German at C2 level – mandatory.
- Strong customer and sales orientation.
- Strong affinity for digital technologies and modern communication tools.
- Interest in digital innovation and future-oriented banking solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Based in or willing to work in the Ostwestfalen-Lippe region.
We especially value
- 3–5+ years of experience in the banking sector.
- Experience in Private Customer Advisory / Privatkundenberatung.
- Experience with digital banking channels and solutions.
