Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for handling daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and maintaining efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations
Receive and unload incoming goods
Scan product codes and verify SKU accuracy
Check packaging condition and report any issues
Sort and store inventory correctly in the warehouse system
Handle exceptions and report abnormalities
Outbound Operations
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Support shipping and loading processes
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipments
General Duties
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Follow warehouse procedures and safety regulations
Assist in daily warehouse tasks as required
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets
Support supervisors in maintaining efficient operations
Contribute to a positive and cooperative team culture
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year overseas warehouse / e-commerce fulfilment experience
Currently living in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Germany
Must hold a valid German work permit / legal working status
Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Basic computer skills (WMS experience is a plus)
Language requirements:
Mandarin Chinese – required
Basic German – preferred
English – a plus
