To strengthen our European-wide sales organization (EMEA) in Kirchheim near Munich, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate
Sales Assistant (m/f/d), full time (40 hrs.)
Your responsibilites:
- Processing of customer inquiries in writing and by telephone in German and English language
- Preparing solutions and quotations for our customers in EMEA
- Creation of invoices
- Regular contact and exchange with ULVAC overseas entities and other suppliers to collect and process technical and commercial information
- Capturing and revising customers and items data in ERP-system (Microsoft AX)
- Monitoring, checking, and tracking delivery date lists to create order confirmations and make shipment prioritizations of costumer orders
- Processing of End User Declarations (EUDs) in compliance with legal requirements according to ULVAC Standard Trade Compliance Regulations
- Regular participation in morning and others
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in the international sales environment
- Solution-oriented, constructive way of working and commitment
- Business fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Experienced handling of MS Office (Excel; Microsoft AX and CRM tool knowledge)
- Eye for the essentials and team spirit
