We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team in Germany. This role serves as the strategic HR partner for the local business while acting as the key liaison between our Germany operations and our headquarters in China.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
- Provide professional HR advice to managers and employees on people-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with German labor laws and local HR policies.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team at the China headquarters to implement global HR initiatives and ensure effective cross-border communication.
- Support organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of HRBP or comprehensive HR Generalist experience, preferably within an international or multinational company.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
- German language proficiency is highly preferred. Additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of German labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
