Ihre Aufgaben:
Leitung der fertigungsnahen Qualitätsbereiche inklusive Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Vorbereitung der Personalplanung
Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des Qualitätskonzepts sowie der Fertigungsstrategie
Leitung der täglichen Qualitätssicherung in der Fertigung und Überwachung der Produktqualität (Hard-/Software, Dienstleistungen)
Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Optimierung der Qualität in der Kleinserienproduktion
Koordination der Wareneingangskontrolle und Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Lieferantenqualität
Abwicklung von Reklamationen und enge Kooperation mit den Qualitätsteams des internationalen Händlernetzwerks
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung der Prozesse in Fertigung und Entwicklung
Verantwortung für die Überwachung, Pflege und Verwaltung aller eingesetzten Prüfmittel
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau
Zusätzliche Qualifikationen in den Bereichen APQP, 8D, SPC, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM und Problem Solving (5-Why, Ishikawa)
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung
3-5 Jahre fachliche Führungserfahrung als Manager Qualitätssicherung oder Lieferantenmanagement
Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management, Qualitätsmanagement, Continuous Improvement
Konzeptionelles Arbeiten, Analysefähigkeit, Organisation und Zeitmanagement zeichnen Sie aus
Sie sind kommunikativ, verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und konfliktfähig
Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
Nationale Reisebereitschaft (Umfang ca. 10%)
