As the Alumni Network Program Manager (m/f/d) at Atotech, an MKS brand, you will partner with colleagues across corporate functions and our Vacuum, Photonics, and Materials Solutions divisions to launch and run the inaugural MKS Alumni Network to create a practical and scalable community experience. In this role, you will report to the Head of Global Culture & Belonging.
You Will Make an Impact By:

Defining and executing the global alumni network strategy and multi-year roadmap across all MKS divisions and regions.

Acting as the global owner of the alumni ecosystem, including governance, operating model, success metrics, and executive reporting.

Leading the evaluation, implementation, and long-term strategy of the alumni engagement platform and related technologies.

Influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide adoption and engagement.

Creating innovative programs focused on networking, mentoring, technical exchange, thought leadership, and alumni advocacy.

Developing strategic recommendations, investment proposals, and business cases for senior leadership.

Managing key vendor relationships, external partnerships, and program investments to maximize long-term impact.
Skills You Bring:

Extensive experience leading complex global programs, communities, talent initiatives, or strategic business projects.

Proven success building and scaling programs, operating models, or communities from concept through implementation.

Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive outcomes across a global matrix organization without formal authority.

Experience evaluating and implementing technology platforms and external partnerships.

Strong strategic, analytical, and executive communication capabilities.

Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are beneficial.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in high-tech manufacturing, engineering, or global technology organizations.

Experience with alumni engagement, community management, employer branding, talent strategy, or professional networking programs.
