Responsibilities
As our EMEA Labour Relations Consultant, you will:
Program manage the deployment of AI tools and features in partnership with Engineering, Microsoft Digital, country Labour Relations consultants, and works councils.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who offer:
Proven ability to consult with senior HR and business leaders, align programmes with business strategy, and manage change initiatives within virtual, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with an international mindset and ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments.
HR Consulting IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Germany is € 92,200.00 - € 175,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
