As the HR Director for Honeywell Building Automation Europe, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. This senior leadership position entails providing strategic direction and coaching to senior leaders, ensuring HR initiatives support organizational objectives, including business and cultural transformation. You will partner with leadership to address business needs, offer HR guidance, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that enhance employee engagement and cultivate a positive work environment, thereby supporting the organization's overall growth and success.
You will report directly to our Vice President HR, Building Automation Europe and you’ll work out of our Ratingen location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Qualifications
The candidate must be an experienced HR professional with proven success in leading organizational transformation in large and complex organizations within Europe with ability to demonstrate:
- A proven track record of professional HR experience (10 -15 years)
- Success while operating in large, complex international/matrix organizations, with relatively independent and remote locations
- Business Acumen

- Identify upcoming talent and find opportunities to enable career growth in the business
