Entwicklung und Dokumentation polymeroptischer Komponenten (Prototyp bis Serie) unter Berücksichtigung von D2M, D2C und D2T
Technische Beratung und Abstimmung von Spezifikationen mit Kunden (Design, Material, Toleranzen, Fügetechnik)
Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Machbarkeitsstudien und Entwicklungsprojekten
Design und Analyse von Optik-Komponenten sowie Messen und Qualifizieren von Erst- und Folgemustern
Betreuung und Ausbau von Entwicklungspartnern und Lieferanten
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Master-/Diplomstudium in Kunststofftechnik, Physik, Optotechnik, System Design, Ingenieurwesen
1 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Systementwickler, Entwicklungskonstrukteur, Optikdesigner, Projektmanager in der Produktentwicklung oder als Entwickler für Polymerkomponenten
Fundierte CAD-Kenntnisse, Grundwissen im Optikdesign sowie tiefe Kenntnisse der Herstell- und Prüftechnologien von Polymeroptiken
Sichere Projektmanagement- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten
Analytisches Denken und Kreativität
Kenntnisse in Designsoftware für Optik, Mechanik & Simulation
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
