From immaculate rooms to seamless remote check-ins, we deliver Hotel Operations-as-a-Service—housekeeping, maintenance, and guest operations—white-labeled under our partners’ brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Daily, 5 out of 7 day per week, work starts 8:00-10:00, ends 16:00-17:00
Daily operational management of the housekeeping team
Active daily communication with hotel management and the housekeeping team
Cleanliness checks of guest rooms and public areas
Assignment of rooms to housekeepers
Special cleaning work, if required (e.g. washing curtains, descaling kettles, etc.)
Maintaining hygiene in the entire work area
Handling of lost & found
Care and cleaning of all equipment used
Submitting daily reports
WHO YOU ARE
You have proven experience in the hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality industry and housekeeping specifically. You can clearly demonstrate which decisions have led to your success in this field.
Previous experience as HSK Supervisor / Checker
Customer service experience is a plus
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Conversational English, no German needed
Ability to move, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 4 kg
To be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions
Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays

Hourly wage is 17€ gross, minimum weekly hours are negotiable within the range of 20 - 35 hours.
