Your Tasks:

Making a memorable first impression on our guests

Cultivating a warm welcoming atmosphere

Responsibility for reservation system management

Seating guests according to the table plan and presenting the menu

Accommodating walk-ins according to availability

Answering phone calls & taking reservations

Supporting the service team
Your Qualifications:

Berlin residence and availability to start at the beginning of October are required
-
Availability for approximately two shifts per week or more, including weekends and public holidays
-
Hospitable soul and love for taking care of others

Good communicational skills
-
Well-groomed appearance and good manners

Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
-
Previous experience as a restaurant hostess/host or in another guest-facing role, such as reception, front desk or customer service, would be an advantage

Good German & English skills are a must, other languages would be an advantage
