About Neakasa

Neakasa is looking for temporary exhibition staff to support our booth at IFA 2026 in Berlin from September 4 to September 6, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome booth visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Proactively communicate with German and international visitors
- Introduce and demonstrate Neakasa products using the product information and materials provided in advance.Explain key product features and answer basic product-related questions
- Identify customers, distributors, media representatives, and other visitors who require further assistance, and introduce them to the appropriate Neakasa team member
- Assist with collecting customer contact details and potential sales leads
- Support the Neakasa team with other booth-related tasks when required
Requirements
- Fluent spoken German is required
- Fluent spoken English is required
- Chinese language skills are a plus
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with German and international visitors
- Professional, punctual, responsible, and reliable
- Able to quickly understand product information and explain it clearly
- Previous experience in exhibitions, customer service, retail, sales, promotions, or product demonstrations is preferred
- Based in Berlin or the surrounding area, or able to travel to Messe Berlin independently
- Legally authorized to work in Germany
- Available for all three working days from September 4 to September 6, 2026
Product Preparation
Product brochures, videos, and other reference materials will be shared in advance to help the selected candidate become familiar with the products.
A separate product briefing or additional guidance can be arranged if needed.
Job Details
- Location: Messe Berlin, Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin
- Working dates: September 4–6, 2026
- Working hours: Approximately 9:00–18:00 each day, including a one-hour unpaid break
- Paid working time: Approximately 8 hours per day and 24 hours in total
- Employment type: Temporary
- Compensation: €22–24 gross per hour, depending on relevant experience and language skills
- Contracting entity: GenHigh Tech Co., Ltd.
- Payment method: Bank transfer
- Payment schedule: Payment will be made within 7–10 business days after the conclusion of IFA 2026 on September 8, 2026, subject to confirmation of the final working hours and in accordance with the signed contract
