Sicherstellung der Lizenz-Compliance (Abgleich von Nutzungsrechten und tatsächlicher Nutzung) sowie Unterstützung bei Audits
Analyse, Steuerung und Optimierung von Lizenzmodellen, Nutzungsmetriken und Renewals zur Vermeidung von Über- und Unterlizenzierung
Bewertung von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten sowie vertraglichen Verpflichtungen
Erstellung Entscheidungsgrundlagen (z. B. Vertragsverlängerungen, Make-or-Buy)
Ansprechpartner für alles rund um Softwarelizenzen und Vertragsmanagement
Das bringen Sie mit:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (idealerweise mit informationstechnischem oder kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt)
Erste Erfahrung oder Berührungspunkte im Lizenz- oder Vertragsumfeld sowie ein gutes Verständnis für kommerzielle
