Luxenest Rentals LTD is a fast-growing digital services company specialising in social media account recovery, platform appeals, hacked account restoration, and name/username trademark claims. We operate at high volume across mainly Telegram and Instagram. We move fast, work with international clients and suppliers, and take pride in delivering results.
The Role
We're hiring a hands-on Operations & Service Delivery Assistant to take full ownership of our service delivery pipeline. Once the founder closes a sale, you take it from there. managing the client relationship end-to-end, coordinating with suppliers, and executing in-house services directly where required.
This is not a passive admin role. You will be doing real operational work, communicating with real clients and suppliers daily, and physically carrying out service tasks in our office.
What You'll Be Doing
Service Delivery
- Take over active cases after sale closure and manage them through to completion
- Execute in-house recovery and appeal services using our office setup (55+ devices) following provided SOPs
- Prepare and organise documentation required for platform appeals and recovery cases
- Ensure every case is progressing and no client is left without an update
Client Management
- Send daily or regular status updates to clients
- Handle client questions, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
- Keep clients informed throughout the full delivery process
Supplier Coordination
- Communicate with external suppliers to assign work, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Hold suppliers accountable for delivery quality and timelines
- Escalate issues to the founder when necessary
Data & Operations
- Move and manage data across internal tools and pipelines
- Keep records organised and up to date
- Use tools like Telegram, CRM systems, and internal dashboards
Personal Assistant & Office Support
- Support the founder with day-to-day tasks and requests in the office
- Handle errands, office organisation, and personal requests
- Be a reliable, present, and proactive presence in the office
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English spoken and written (required)
- Strong communicator confident talking to clients and suppliers
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple active cases at once
- Comfortable with technical tasks and following SOPs precisely
- Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy. you will handle sensitive client data
- Based in or able to commute daily to Uetersen, Germany
- Tech-comfortable — quick to learn new tools and workflows
