We are hiring for our customer Kineto, who belives that the creative economy will reach $3 trillion by 2035 (15 times its current value). Millions of creators are already building audiences and businesses online – but most still can’t easily turn their ideas into real digital products.
Kineto is an AI-powered platform for creators. Think of it as the sharpest colleague a creator could have — one that handles research, content writing, social media strategy, image and video generation, analytics, and workflow automation so creators can focus on what they do best: creating. Kineto brings together the best of AI and creator tools into a single intelligent assistant that actually gets things done.
We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to shape how Kineto looks and feels across every touchpoint — from our web presence and social channels to the product itself. This is a role for someone who wants to own a significant part of a brand's creative direction, not just execute on briefs.
In this role, you will:

Own and evolve Kineto's brand identity — visual language, guidelines, and creative direction across all channels.

Design and build web pages that communicate the product's value with clarity and style.

Create and automate social media visuals using AI-powered workflows — from templates to dynamic content generation.

Produce motion and video content — animations, product demos, social clips, and other brand assets.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure brand consistency across the product interface and external communications.

Contribute to product design when needed — wireframes, UI components, and interactive prototypes.

Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and the wider team.
We'd love to have you on the team if you:

Have a strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, visual identity systems, and web design.

Are proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Can apply and extend a brand's visual language consistently across web, social, and product surfaces.

Clearly articulate design decisions and justify proposed solutions.

Have experience creating assets for social media at scale (templates, automation-friendly formats).

Feel comfortable working in a highly iterative environment and adapting as the product evolves.

Can guide tasks end to end — from concept through execution and feedback.

Have a realistic understanding of your strengths and areas for growth.
We'd be especially thrilled if you:

Have hands-on experience with animation and motion design (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animations, etc.).

Are skilled in video editing for social and brand content.

Have experience with AI-assisted design workflows — generative tools, automated content pipelines, or AI prototyping.

Bring a genuine passion for branding and want to take ownership of Kineto's creative direction.
