As a Senior Product Manager at Customer Alliance, you will be at the forefront of navigating the evolution of our product. This is a key role at the company.
Your mission will be to revolutionize the product by staying up to date with market trends and meeting our users' needs.
This position requires a strong interest in gaining insight into market trends, user needs, and the agility to adapt strategies that enhance product value and user satisfaction.
Define and drive a product vision aligned with business strategy and technical capabilities.
Analyze market trends, identify innovation opportunities, and validate product ideas.
Set high-level priorities to balance engineering efforts, user needs, and business goals.
Validate technical feasibility with engineering, ensuring realistic timelines and resource allocation.
Support maintainability and scalability while advocating for innovation and technical debt reduction.
You bring 5y+ experience as a Product Manager within B2B SaaS, demonstrating successful management of mature products.
Leadership qualities with a proven track record of mentoring and managing product managers.
You possess exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle short-term customer demand and long-term product vision.
You have a strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI.
You demonstrate strong project management skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships across diverse teams and with external partners.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and change, and energized by the opportunity to shape and create rather than maintain the status quo.
You demonstrate a growth mindset and are hungry to make an impact – you're ambitious and thrive in a 0-to-1 environment where you're building something from scratch.
Background in startups or high-growth technology companies.
Track record of successfully implementing AI-powered functionalities/services.
Experience in the customer feedback, hospitality tech, or review management space.
