Here you will get exciting insights into all relevant areas of our online sales. You will learn how to communicate with our customers (real tuning fans), how to handle our assortment and our merchandise management system.
Your tasks:
- Service and order processing: You take care of our customers' inquiries and process their orders.

Inquiries from suppliers are also part of your tasks

Administrative tasks (processing and transmitting mail and telephone calls, coordinating appointments, etc.)

Orders: You are in contact with our international manufacturers/suppliers

Maintenance of our online store (entering new articles and the like)
What you should bring with you:
- Fluent in German

Realschulabschluss/Fachoberschulreife or high school diploma.

Good communication skills in German and English

You enjoy cars, engines and working directly with customers

You are reliable, a team player, committed, flexible and conscientious
