Als Werkstudent PM Support Office Windenergie (m/w/d) unterstützt du das Team bei der Planung und Errichtung von Windkraftanlagen. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit dem Projektmanagement sowie verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und trägst zur effizienten Verwaltung von Projekt- und Kollaborationsplattformen bei. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Unterstützung von Prozessen, Systemen und Projektinformationen im Umfeld von Windenergieprojekten.
DEINE AUFGABEN
Du unterstützt das PM Support Office bei der Planung und Errichtung von Windkraftanlagen am Standort Rostock
Du wirkst bei der Optimierung und Implementierung von Kollaborationstools wie Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams und Loop mit
Du übernimmst den Support für das UPVISE-System als Plattform für das Berichtswesen auf Baustellen
Du legst User Accounts an und verwaltest Berechtigungen sowie Benutzerzugänge
Du erstellst und betreust Projektdatenbanken zur Unterstützung des Projektmanagements und der Projektkoordination
Du verantwortest administrative Aufgaben in Microsoft SharePoint und unterstützt bei der Strukturierung von Projektinformationen
Du erstellst Prozesse, Präsentationen und Meetingprotokolle sowie weitere projektbezogene Dokumentationen
DEIN PROFIL
Du bist an einer Hochschule oder Universität immatrikuliert, vorzugsweise in einem kaufmännischen, technischen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere in Excel, PowerPoint und Word
Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Kollaborationstools wie Microsoft Teams, SharePoint und Loop
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kenntnisse in SAP sind wünschenswert
Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und organisiert und bringst eine hohe Eigeninitiative mit
Du gehst sicher mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartner: innen um und arbeitest zuverlässig im Team
