As a working student (m/f/d) People & Culture - Projects & Processes, you will support the team in driving forward our People & Culture processes and projects. In particular, you will
- identify improvement opportunities in existing ways of working and actively help shape modern, efficient People & Culture processesparticipate in the documentation and modelling of People & Culture processes - including through the preparation and facilitation of interviews and workshops - and get to know a wide range of activities within our People & Culture organization
- document the results using the provided tools (Excel, Power Point, BIC)
- support our project management activities and take ownership of tasks to help drive a wide range of People & Culture initiatives
- create project documentation, reports and presentations
