Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics or a comparable and related field

Several years of professional experience in strategic controlling, financial planning or business development, ideally in a technology environment

Strong financial modeling skills and advanced to expert proficiency in MS Excel; additional experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

Analytical and structured way of working combined with a strong business and strategic mindset

Fluent in English and conversational German skills for business interactions

Proactive, hands-on team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Take an active role in strategic controlling, developing financial models that support key business decisions and growth initiatives

Develop business cases, investment analyses and ad-hoc evaluations for high-impact projects, and present

Consolidate and structure financial assumptions, project costs and investment requirements across strategic initiatives and technology roadmaps

Evaluate and stress-test strategic options such as new markets, partnerships, product lines and expansion scenarios to support executive decision-making

Partner closely with Management, Finance, R&D and project teams to translate strategic opportunities into robust financial decision frameworks

Identify value-creation opportunities and support long-term business planning through data-driven financial insights

Semiconductor experience would be considered a significant advantage
