1. Environmental Pioneer: You are our compliance expert for all national and international environmental regulations in waste management (e.g., KrWG, AbfAEV, NachwV). You manage permits, conduct audits, and serve as our official Waste Management Officer and primary contact for authorities.
2. Strategic Thinker: Based on sound data analysis, you develop comprehensive waste management plans for our fab – from segregation, collection, and storage to the disposal of all waste types. You ensure that all processes run smoothly and are properly documented.
3. Sustainability Architect: You actively drive sustainability projects, train teams, and increase our recycling rates. In doing so, you collaborate closely with international stakeholders and foster effective cross-cultural communication.
4. Process Optimizer: You identify potentials for cost reduction and implement innovative, cost-efficient methods in waste management. Your goal: Less waste, lower costs, more sustainability.
5. Coordinator & Manager: You manage collaboration with transport companies and disposal facilities, monitor compliance with our quality standards by external service providers, and conduct regular audits.
