As Sales Manager for Asia Pacific, you are the primary interface to customers and local stakeholders within your assigned territory, driving sales campaigns locally through to successful contract signature.
Act as the primary interface to customers and local stakeholders within the assigned territory
Own lead generation, opportunity development, and day-to-day customer relationship management
Conduct commercial negotiations and lead them through to successful contract signature
Drive sales campaigns locally within your region
Work closely with the Regional Sales Director to implement the regional sales strategy
Proven experience in international B2G sales (aerospace, defence, or another high-technology industry is an advantage)
High degree of autonomy, resilience, and intercultural competence
Willingness to travel extensively, including prolonged stays in-country, mainly during contract negotiations
Previous experience with implementation/execution of complex government contracts is an advantage
Languages: English mandatory, German is an advantage
