The Role:
We are looking for a Head of Industry Media to own and grow Raketech's industry media platforms across multiple markets. This is a product-first role that ties different platforms together, develops the audience and builds the distribution engine that makes brands credible at scale.

Own the vision and roadmap for the industry media platform across all markets

Lead the platform strategy by defining and maintaining the product standards across all geo properties

Manage product owners or site managers and ensure learnings are shared across teams

Carry out continuous in-depth audience intelligence

Set the distribution strategy, including identifying and developing new distribution channels

Build brand credibility and brand recognition

Set and enforce content quality standards

Enable cross-geo features and distribution
-
Brief and guide teams on editorial positioning

Evaluate and plan commercial strategies in collaboration with our commercial team

Stay up-to-date with competitors and identify differentiation angles and gaps

Set growth targets, own KPIs, report on performance to senior stakeholders and keep direct reports accountable

Data literate — comfortable in analytics tools, knows what engagement metrics matter, can translate data into product decisions
