Customer Experience Specialist (m/f/x)
for our German entity in Lippstadt at the earliest possible date in a full-time employment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle all customer inquiries with the goal of achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. In this role, you will serve as the communicative and operational link between the customer and the central departments of Sales, E-Commerce, Accounting, and Logistics.
- Processing and handling customer orders
- Responding to general customer inquiries by phone or email
- Providing product advice and conducting sales calls by phone
- Preparing quotations and offers
- Managing dealer portals
- Successfully completed commercial/business training
- 2–3 years of professional experience in customer service
- A high degree of friendliness, quick thinking, helpfulness, and empathy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoyment of customer interaction
- A service- and solution-oriented way of working
- Quick comprehension and ability to learn fast
- Good English language skills
