- Act as a strategic and creative advisor to both new and existing clients, guiding them toward innovative creator marketing, media, and social solutions.
- Lead strategic client dialogues, negotiations, and commercial discussions to strengthen partnerships and drive business results.
- Coordinate and drive the day-to-day commercial work within the Sales team, ensuring alignment, momentum, and collaboration across teams.
- Act as a key point of contact and support for colleagues within the business area, sharing knowledge, best practices, and commercial guidance when needed.
- Lead pitches and proposals with a focus on insight-driven storytelling, commercial clarity, and measurable impact.
- Monitor client needs and commercial opportunities to ensure We Are Era remains relevant and competitive.
- Represent We Are Era externally at industry events, networking forums and key business meetings to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.
- Follow We Are Era’s policies, processes, and guidelines, and contribute to improving ways of working where relevant.
- Have solid experience from strategic sales roles within influencer marketing, digital media, advertising, or a related industry.
- Have a proven track record of building, developing, and growing long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Take a consultative approach to sales and are skilled at identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and creating long-term commercial value.
- Lead by example and enjoy supporting the Sales team, sharing knowledge, and creating momentum across teams and projects.
