In this role, you take on the leadership of a nationwide German incubator for battery technology startups (BaStI), which specifically closes the gap between excellent research and market-ready applications. The Battery Startup Incubator supports founders along the entire value chain – from the early idea through prototyping and scaling to market entry – with access to infrastructure, experts, and capital. Embedded within the TUM Venture Labs, you work in one of Europe's leading deep-tech ecosystems, which systematically fosters entrepreneurship out of science and supports startups on their path to investor readiness. In this way, you actively help bring innovations in energy storage more quickly into industrial application.
