You support our team as
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of development projects for lubricant systems
- Examination of customer and competitor samples
- Close coordination with our production departments to increase efficiency and improve our processes
- Supporting product developments until they are ready for series production
- Cooperative collaboration with our customers, suppliers and sister companies
- Maintenance of development documentation
- Supporting the quality control department
- This is a temporary position for the time being (parental leave replacement until the end of February 2028)
- Successfully completed studies in chemistry (Bachelor, Master) or training as a chemical technician or industrial foreman in chemistry
- Enthusiasm for innovation
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company
- High degree of initiative and motivation
- Willingness to take personal responsibility
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a team
- Openness and loyalty
