We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery, high customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in customer success, project coordination, or account management, with strong communication skills and a passion for solving problems.
- Manage onboarding and training for new customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and issues
- Coordinate and track project progress and deliverables
- Lead customer meetings and regular check-ins
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and processes
- Collect feedback and provide insights to product and leadership teams
- Prepare regular reports on project and customer status
