With etops Finanzportal (FP24), we are building the platform that enables independent financial advisors (IFAs) to become a true "advisor for life" for their clients – delivering a seamless digital advisory experience across every stage of life.
As our Software Development Team Lead, you will help shape the platform that advisors rely on every day to build trusted, long-term relationships with their clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will actively contribute to development while leading and supporting a small team of engineers. Your mission is to help the team solve technical challenges, improve delivery, and continuously move the platform forward.
You will help the team solve technical challenges, make pragmatic decisions, and continuously improve delivery. Working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, you will help turn ideas into reliable software solutions.
Through hands-on development, coaching, and technical leadership, you will support the team in delivering high-quality software while fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
In this position you will be responsible for:

Lead, coach and support a small team of software engineers

Actively contribute to the development of our platform using React, TypeScript and .NET

Guide technical decisions and support the team in solving complex challenges

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders

Conduct code reviews and promote high engineering standards

Improve development processes, software quality and team collaboration

Support knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team

We are looking for:

Several years of experience in software development

Strong expertise in React, TypeScript and modern web development

Solid experience with .NET and backend technologies

Full-stack mindset and willingness to work across the application stack

Experience leading, mentoring or coaching software engineers

Strong communication and collaboration skills
