You support the development of laser welding processes from prototype to production. You build and optimize fixtures, perform parameter studies, document results, and help turn new ideas into stable manufacturing processes.

Technical education as a Development Technician, Metal Technician, Mechanical Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Hands-on mindset with the ability to build,modify, and improve technical solutions.

Precise, structured, and able to work efficiently.

Experience documenting technical work using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Motivated, proactive, and eager to improve processes.

English (B1 minimum); German is an advantage.
