General Role Description
Support the Head of Project Management in the execution and coordination of new equipment projects and primarily lead on field service and commissioning activities. The role is responsible for ensuring effective project execution by coordinating technical teams, monitoring progress, and supporting project controls activities.
Role Accountabilities
Client Communications

Support the Head of Project Management in managing communications with clients and external stakeholders

Participate in internal and external project meetings, particularly related to execution and commissioning activities

Ensure clear, timely, and structured communication across all involved parties
Project support and coordination

Provide valuable contribution to the Head of Project Management to coordinate cross-functional project teams, including parent company resources and suppliers, for successful execution of projects, ensuring that company objectives are met using the established quality process

Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to business units for improvements in sales management and project execution processes

Provide timely updates on project performance, integration of corporate business project processes, market trends, project status, and client relationship issues to business unit, company, and parent company management

Coordinate cross-functional activities, including engineering, procurement, field service teams, and suppliers

Ensure alignment between project stakeholders to support timely and efficient project execution
-
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and execution challenges to the Head of Project Management
Project Controls and Reporting

Support the monitoring of project progress against schedule, budget, and contractual milestones
-
Prepare periodic project reports, including progress updates and KPI tracking
-
Maintain and update project planning tools (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project schedules)

Assist in tracking variations, changes, and project documentation in line with company procedures

Support data collection and reporting for project financials, revenue recognition, and billing status
Field Service and Commissioning Coordination

Coordinate and monitor field service and commissioning activities, both on-site and remotely

Support the mobilisation planning of field personnel and ensure readiness of resources

Assist in the preparation and review of commissioning documentation, procedures, and checklists

Monitor commissioning progress and ensure timely reporting from site teams

Manage communication flow between site personnel and the project team, including reporting of punch lists, technical issues, and non-conformities

Minimum Qualifications
-
2 years of experience in project support, field service coordination, commissioning, or similar roles
-
Basic understanding of commissioning processes and field execution activities
-
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with MS Project
-
Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills
-
Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
-
Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required (approximately 2030%)

Fluency in English language
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial systems projects
-
Familiarity with remote commissioning activities and site coordination
-
Basic understanding of contract structures and project commercial aspects
-
Knowledge of project management methodologies or certifications (e.g., PMP, IPMA even in progress)
-
Experience working in international project environments
