- Take ownership of Controlling BI reporting applications for Henkel Adhesive Technologies, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvement and high-quality support

Drive the optimization and enhancement of existing BI solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders as well as internal and external support teams

Act as a key interface between business requirements and technical implementation by translating reporting and controlling needs into functional solution concepts

Manage BI-related projects and solution enhancements from requirement definition to roll-out, ensuring structured delivery, stakeholder alignment and proper functional documentation

Steer and coordinate our shared service teams in Cairo and Manila, covering Power BI development, operational reporting support, data loads and troubleshooting activities

Support cross-functional initiatives related to reporting, analytics, data integration and the integration of new companies into the existing BI landscape

Contribute technical insight to the evaluation and further development of our BI and data landscape, including current Oracle-based solutions and potential future options such as Microsoft Azure or Databricks
- University degree in business information systems, information technology, business administration, controlling or a related field

3+ years of relevant professional experience in BI solutions, reporting applications, analytics, project coordination or a comparable role, exposure to controlling, finance or reporting-related business processes is beneficial

Strong technical understanding of BI systems, reporting environments and data flows, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation

Good understanding of databases and SQL-based environments, ideally with exposure to Oracle; experience with Power BI is a plus

Interest in modern cloud and data platform technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks or similar environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a structured and solution-oriented working style, and the ambition to grow and shape the role together with the team

Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
